Our 25 year old garage door didn't stop when it came down on our trash can, and within 2 hours after I placed a Service Magic request, Gary had called and was on site to assess the damage. It turns out the damage was not as bad as I had feared – our door itself was obsolete and parts for it could not have been procured.
Gary not only gave me an estimate on the repairs, he informed me how the door assembly was incorrect but easily remedied. This and a lube and inspection were included in the price I found quite agreeable.
